Brandon S. Zarsky is a partner in Frier Levitt’s Healthcare Practice Group. He focuses his practice on the representation of the firm’s varied healthcare clients, including physicians, single and multi-specialty medical practices, management services organizations (MSOs), licensed healthcare facilities, and medical spas, among others. Brandon frequently guides clients and provides regulatory advice on a wide range of matters, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, and state law with respect to the corporate practice of medicine, fee splitting prohibitions, and scope of practice issues. Since 2019, Brandon has been included on the “Rising Stars” list of New Jersey Super Lawyers.
Brandon is heavily involved in Frier Levitt’s Wellness and Anti-Aging Practice Group, where he advocates for a diverse range of stakeholders within the medical aesthetics space. Some of Brandon’s medical aesthetics clients include MSOs, aesthetic medical practices, weight loss clinics and IV hydration clinics. Brandon, along with the other attorneys in the Wellness and Anti-Aging Practice Group, regularly provides guidance to new and established medical spas and aesthetic medical practices. He commonly represents medical aesthetic entities in connection with mergers and acquisitions and offers compliance counsel to help medical aesthetic businesses navigate the U.S. healthcare regulatory environment.
Brandon joined Frier Levitt after completing a Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable Joseph P. Quinn P.J.Cv. in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Prior to his clerkship, Brandon graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2016 with a Concentration in Health Law and a Certification in Healthcare Compliance from the Law School’s Center for Health & Pharmaceutical Law & Policy.
