The article discusses PBM reform, and how the recent Johnson and Johnson employee class action lawsuit will change the trajectory for PBMs. Jonathan states, “Regardless of its outcome, this class action will dramatically change pharmacy benefit management and the standard of care to which management will be held on benefit design.” Additionally, the article sheds light on plan sponsors and fiduciary duty.
