Kelly Reynolds

Kelly is an associate in Frier Levitt’s Life Sciences department where she assists clients in various areas relevant to pharmacies and pharmacy benefits, including appealing Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) audits, investigations, wrongful recoupment, and network terminations. Previously, Kelly was a Law Clerk at Frier Levitt, showcasing her commitment and capabilities within the firm while working on administrative law matters.

Prior to joining Frier Levitt, Kelly interned at the Connecticut General Assembly, gaining valuable insights into the legislative process. This was followed by an internship at MTF Biologics, where she edited policy regarding interactions between health care professionals and sales professionals, as well as researched information on Medical Science Liaisons. Kelly’s journey then led her to become a Legal Fellow at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, where she conducted research and drafted memos on various legal topics. Additionally, Kelly crafted work instructions for in-house use, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.

After earning her J.D. with a Health Law Concentration from Seton Hall University School of Law, Kelly returned to Frier Levitt as an associate, ready to apply her passion and interest in health law to benefit clients nationwide.
