His session titled, “Navigating DIR Fees & Reimbursements: Insights & Analysis on Community Pharmacies & the Pitfalls of PBMs” shed light on recurring issues with DIR (direct and indirect remuneration) fees even after the law was changed eliminating these fees in January 2024.
