Summer Bonuses Extend Beyond Attorneys to All Employees
Frier Levitt, a national law firm focused exclusively on healthcare, pharmacy and life sciences, awarded every employee a special summer bonus following a period of strong growth and performance for the firm.
The bonuses, awarded in addition to Frier Levitt’s regular year-end compensation program, were provided across the firm, including to attorneys, paralegals, and professional and administrative staff. This marks the first time Frier Levitt has awarded firmwide summer bonuses.
“Frier Levitt’s success is the result of contributions from people across the entire firm,” said Daniel B. Frier, Founding Partner of Frier Levitt. “As the firm has grown, we felt it was important to share that success with the people who helped make it possible. This program reflects both our appreciation for those contributions and our continued investment in attracting and retaining exceptional talent.”
The program combines firmwide recognition with Frier Levitt’s performance-driven approach to compensation. While every employee received a summer bonus, individual awards also reflected contributions to the firm’s success, including client service, productivity, thought leadership, business development, professional expertise and other efforts that contribute to the firm’s long-term growth.
“We’ve never built Frier Levitt by simply following what other law firms are doing,” said Jonathan E. Levitt, Founding Partner of Frier Levitt. “We believe in a meritocracy built on fundamental fairness – rewarding people for their individual contributions while recognizing that our success is a collective effort. This summer bonus program reflects both of those principles.”
Frier Levitt has built a national practice focused on the highly regulated healthcare, life sciences and pharmacy industries. The firm represents clients ranging from individual healthcare professionals, pharmacies and emerging companies to national organizations and Fortune 50 companies, providing sophisticated legal counsel while maintaining a rate structure that delivers significant value compared with larger law firms.
As Frier Levitt has grown, the firm has continued to evolve its compensation model to compete for top legal and professional talent while maintaining the value it provides to clients.
“Our clients come to us for sophisticated counsel in some of the most complex and highly regulated areas of law,” Levitt added. “To continue delivering at that level, we need exceptional people. Our goal is to recognize performance, reward contribution and ensure that the people who help drive the firm’s success participate in that success.”
The summer bonus program reflects Frier Levitt’s continued investment in its people as the firm expands its national healthcare, life sciences and pharmacy practices.
