Timothy D. Norton, Esq., is a partner in Frier Levitt’s Corporate and Healthcare Practice Groups. Tim represents a diverse group of healthcare providers, including physicians, single-specialty group practices, multi-specialty group practices, ambulatory surgery centers, surgical practices and other healthcare providers.
He counsels clients on a host of corporate, transactional and regulatory matters, including group practice formation, sales and acquisitions of healthcare entities and facilities, joint ventures, private equity transactions, lease and time-share arrangements, employment, management and professional service relationships, and state and federal regulatory issues such as Stark and Anti-Kickback compliance. Tim’s practice also includes the preparation and negotiation of employment agreements, professional service agreements, management services agreements, recruitment agreements, space and equipment leases, asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholders’ agreements, bylaws and other contractual documents.
