Terence Park is an associate in Frier Levitt’s Healthcare Group. Terence focuses his practice on complex litigation, including representing clients in government investigations and qui tam cases brought under the False Claims Act, as well as class actions and commercial disputes. Terence is also a member of the firm’s Plan Sponsor Litigation Group, which engages in audits, arbitrations, and litigation against pharmacy benefit managers and similar entities.
Before Frier Levitt, Terence worked at a New Jersey law firm representing whistleblower clients bringing qui tam healthcare fraud claims under the False Claims Act. Prior to that, he served at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, as a Law Clerk at the Staff Attorney’s Office.
Among his activities during law school, Terence was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable LaShann DeArcy Hall of the Eastern District of New York and worked as legal interns at the Legal Aid Society and the American Civil Liberties Union.
