Andrea Christine Hageman is an associate in Frier Levitt’s Life Sciences practice group where she counsels various clients in the life sciences space, with a focus on pharmacy providers. Her practice centers on various areas relevant to pharmacies and pharmacy benefits, including appealing PBM audit finding discrepancies, network suspensions and terminations, recoupment of discrepant claims, and member and prescriber denials, as well as negotiating PBM network admission terms.
Andrea earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School. Prior to joining Frier Levitt, Andrea worked at a life sciences consulting firm where she advised healthcare and pharmacy clients regarding matters related to the fair market evaluation of services provided by healthcare provider consultants and assessed clients’ policies and procedures for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
