New Attorneys Expand Firm’s FDA Regulatory, Cannabis, and Life Sciences Capabilities

Edgar J. Asebey brings more than 20 years of experience in FDA regulatory law, transactional law, and strategic advisory services for life sciences companies. A former scientist, biotech founder, venture capital fund advisor, and equity partner at an Am Law 100 firm, Edgar combines legal and scientific expertise to provide comprehensive guidance to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, dietary supplement, cannabis, hemp, and psychedelics companies.

Edgar and Guilherme are co-authors of Legal Guide to the Business of Cannabis and Hemp (In press, 2025), a treatise published by Practicing Law Institute Press for attorneys advising clients and businesses in the cannabis and hemp industries.
