Frier Levitt is delighted to welcome Conor R. McCabe as an Associate in the firm’s Life Sciences Litigation Department.
Conor has extensive experience representing pharmacies across the nation in contract and reimbursement disputes with pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). He regularly represents retail, specialty, and compounding pharmacies, 340(b) covered entities and contract pharmacies, and various other healthcare providers in all aspects of litigation.
Conor received his J.D. from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University, where he concentrated in healthcare law and graduated with honors. He earned his B.S. in Biology from SUNY Geneseo.
