Samuel F. Green is an associate in Frier Levitt’s Healthcare practice group and focuses his practice on all aspects of healthcare and pharmacy transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate transactional and governance, employment agreements and regulatory matters. In addition to corporate matters, Samuel also regularly advises clients on real estate matters, including commercial leases and real property acquisitions.
Samuel earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School where he co-founded the Rutgers International Law and Human Rights Journal and served as Business Editor. During law school, he interned for Retired Superior Court Judge Vincent LeBlon, Middlesex Vicinage, interned for the Opioid Section of the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, and served as a student attorney for the Education and Health Law Clinic at Rutgers Law School. Before joining Frier Levitt, Sam worked as a transactional attorney on real estate matters and entity formation.
