Diana Ryzhova, Esq. is an associate in Frier Levitt’s Healthcare Litigation group. Diana has experience in handling a variety of healthcare and life sciences disputes as well as aiding healthcare providers and pharmacies in navigating a variety of issues including responding to civil and criminal subpoenas, appealing PBM audits and investigations, and pharmaceutical compliance matters. Diana additionally handles employment matters within the healthcare and life sciences space and assists her clients, whether employees or employers, including employee handbook drafting, employer requirements, employee-employer disputes, and employee complaints.
Diana also regularly assists clients in e-discovery related matters including analyzing the best discovery protocols, overseeing data collection and discovery case management, and assessing discovery pitfalls on a client by client basis whether for litigation, internal review, or government defense matters.
Diana earned her Juris Doctor with a concentration in Business and Finance from Fordham University School of Law where she was a member of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center. Prior to law school, Diana graduate cum laude from Baruch College with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and held the position of Honor Student Council President.
