Antony B. Kamel, Esq. is an associate in Frier Levitt’s Healthcare Practice Group. Antony’s practice focuses on representing the firm’s varied healthcare providers, integrated group practices, medical practices, managed services organizations (MSOs), ambulatory care centers, medical spas and other healthcare providers.
Antony counsels his clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate, transactional and regulatory matters, including group practice formations, sales and acquisitions of healthcare entities and facilities, and physician group–hospital joint ventures. Antony is also heavily involved in Frier Levitt’s Aesthetic Medicine and Anti-Aging Practice Group, where he assists various stakeholders from start-ups to existing practices to aggregators.
Prior to joining Frier Levitt, Antony clerked for the Hon. Robert J. Mega, P.J.Ch. in the Chancery Division General Equity Part and the Complex Business Litigation Program. Antony received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law where he received the Excellence in Contracts Award. At Seton Hall, Antony served as a student attorney in the law school’s Health Justice Clinic. During law school, Antony also interned in the Opioid Section of the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General and interned for the Hon. Esther Salas, U.S.D.J.
