Theresa M. DiGuglielmo, Esq., is a partner in Frier Levitt’s Healthcare Regulatory Department. She advises clients regarding a variety of regulatory and transactional matters, including but not limited to payor audits and appeals, Stark Law compliance, MSOs, and innovative provider alignments. She also has significant experience counseling dental professionals through practice transitions, including private equity acquisitions.
Additionally, Theresa has played a pivotal role in the firm’s Advocacy & Government Affairs Practice Group, working tirelessly to educate lawmakers on the challenges facing private-practicing physicians. Her efforts have led to tangible policy changes, including influencing federal legislation aimed at creating a more equitable playing field for private practitioners.
