Frier Levitt co-founding partner Daniel Frier presented on advocacy opportunities before the American Optometry Association at their “AOA on Capitol Hill 2024” annual meeting in Washington D.C., AOA’s single-largest advocacy event.

More than 500 advocates for optometry convened on Capitol Hill from April 14-16, engaging in over 300 meetings with their federal representatives to communicate optometry’s key priorities.

Invision Magazine published a press release summarizing the event and quoted Daniel from his panelist session. Daniel discussed PBMs, stating, “Five years ago, nobody knew what PBMs were; they want to live in the shadows because they essentially pull money out of the system.”
