The pharmacy had inadvertently shipped prescriptions into a state in which it did not hold a valid license. Frier Levitt worked with this pharmacy, as well as with local counsel, to develop a corrective action plan to avoid future violations and guided the pharmacy through the State Board review process. As a result, the Board voted not to take any disciplinary action against the pharmacy despite the violation.
