43 Members of Congress Sign Letter to FTC Requesting Investigation and Enforcement of Antitrust Laws to Curb Discriminatory Pricing Affecting Independent Pharmacies

Thank you to 43 bipartisan Members of Congress who have signed this letter to the FTC, requesting the agency investigate and enforce antitrust laws to curb discriminatory pricing, which affects independent pharmacies and other small and medium-sized businesses.  Frier Levitt has worked for years to end discriminatory pricing by pharmacy benefits managers (PBMs) against independent pharmacies, and we applaud this bipartisan effort to end anti-competitive conduct by PBMs and other supply-chain middlemen.
