The Board complaint alleged that the client and his businesses were “improperly prescribing medications,” potentially including controlled substances. Upon conducting extensive legal research, regulatory analysis, and an in-depth review of the client’s practice, Frier Levitt submitted a response that vigorously refuted the allegations contained in the complaint. In turn, the State Board accepted these arguments and dismissed the complaint in its entirety.
This speedy and efficient result saved the client a substantial amount of time and expense that otherwise would have been required to defend the action.
