Frier Levitt has long been an advocate for physicians and other providers seeking appropriate reimbursement from health insurers. We are conducting a survey to discover patterns of non-payment or underpayment by major health insurers/payors and we would love to hear from you.
If you are an in-network provider, and have experienced a pattern of non-payment or underpayment of covered services by Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, one or more Medicare Advantage plans, one or more Medicaid plans, or any other substantial payor in your region, please submit the form below. There may be other providers experiencing similar issues.
If we can identify a pattern of non-payment, there may be an opportunity to represent a group of providers in a class or consolidated action, which would potentially give each provider significantly more leverage. There is no charge for this analysis as it is being done for our own internal use. Any significant findings will be reported to anyone who participates in this survey.
This information will be kept confidential and will be used solely for gathering data to propose potential solutions. We will not disclose any personally identifiable information or take any action on your behalf without prior authorization and your express approval.
