Harini Bupathi: A Leader in Life Sciences
Harini Bupathi has significantly contributed to Frier Levitt’s Life Sciences – Pharmacy Practice Group. Harini counsels providers, including retail and specialty pharmacies, on their contractual and business relationships with Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) and other payors. Her practice focuses on providing invaluable insights and strategies on issues of PBM audits, “network access,” network terminations, wrongful payment recoupments, and defending fraud, waste, and abuse investigations. Harini guides her clients on best practices and measures to maintain compliance and to avoid both PBM adverse actions and governmental investigations. Harini serves on Frier Levitt’s Culture Committee and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee to further the firm’s initiatives.
Harini earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, with a focus in health law. Her health law knowledge was cultivated during previous roles at Bayer, as well as a tenure at the Medical-Legal Community Partnership in Philadelphia. Harini received her B.A. in Economics from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Brandon S. Zarsky: A Leader in Healthcare Practice
Brandon S. Zarsky, a member of the Healthcare Practice Group, represents a diverse range of healthcare clients. His focus on corporate and transactional matters, coupled with his in-depth knowledge of regulatory issues, has been instrumental in delivering comprehensive legal solutions.
Brandon is actively involved in Frier Levitt’s Aesthetic Medicine Practice Group, advocating for stakeholders including Management Services Organizations (“MSOs”), aesthetic medical practices, medical spas, weight loss clinics and IV hydration clinics.
Brandon earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, with a concentration in health law and certification in healthcare compliance. Brandon’s journey includes a Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable Joseph P. Quinn P.J.Cv. in Monmouth County, New Jersey, and participation in Seton Hall Law’s Washington, D.C. Federal Healthcare Practice Program, where he worked at the United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA). Brandon attended Northeastern University for his undergraduate studies where he received a Dual-Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and Environmental Studies. Brandon is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
