Flathropy Post ImageFrier Levitt, a national healthcare boutique law firm, is excited to celebrate 20 years counseling stakeholders in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors. When opening its doors in 2000, our founding members, Daniel B. Frier and Jonathan E. Levitt, committed to helping independent providers navigate a complicated regulatory landscape, consummate transactions, help providers expand into emerging areas, and assist pharmacies to avoid unfair Pharmacy Benefit Manager audits and recoupments, all while protecting provider’s statutory right to a fair reimbursement. The Firm has expanded its pro-bono initiatives and is deeply committed to oncology care.  To celebrate the Firm’s 20th anniversary, we have committed to $20,000 in donations to various charities, $100,000 in pro bono services, and our attorneys and staff will commit to 20 charitable acts.
