Frier Levitt is pleased to welcome Christopher Maniscalco as an Associate in the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Departments.
Christopher’s practice focuses on counseling pharmacies, diagnostic laboratories, practitioners, manufacturers, and healthcare technology and management companies on regulatory matters related to digital and telehealth, data privacy and security, as well as fraud, waste and abuse compliance.
Chris earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School where he was an active member of the Rutgers Law School Intellectual Property Law Clinic servicing clients on Trademark, Copyright, & Patent applications, opinion letters, and USPTO responses. He has a financial foundation and background, graduating from Rutgers business school with a Masters of Financial Analysis and has earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Rutgers School of Environmental and Biological Sciences.
