Victoria Moyinoluwa Adeleke is an associate in Frier Levitt’s Life Sciences Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on complex pharmaceutical and healthcare litigation and arbitration, including disputes arising within the pharmaceutical supply chain and federally regulated healthcare programs. She represents pharmacies, manufacturers, and other healthcare industry participants in matters involving drug reimbursement frameworks, contractual disputes, regulatory compliance, and federal healthcare program obligations, including matters involving Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs). Her work includes high-stakes arbitrations and federal court litigation involving drug pricing, pharmaceutical distribution, and compliance under CMS guidance and federal statutory frameworks.
Prior to joining Frier Levitt, Victoria gained substantive experience in pharmaceutical and intellectual property litigation. During her internship with Teva Pharmaceuticals, she worked on multidistrict litigation involving pharmaceutical products and medical devices. She also assisted in litigation strategy relating to expert qualification challenges in complex pharmaceutical MDLs. Victoria also served as a judicial extern at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, reviewing patent dispute briefing, including Markman proceedings in the ANDA context, and interned with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Victoria earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, where she graduated as an Honors College Scholar.
