Marc B. Viscuso, Esq., is of counsel for Frier Levitt’s real estate department and has expertise in the area of real estate, financing and development, and business transactions and leasing. Marc focuses on assisting clients in the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of raw land, commercial, industrial, multi-family and retail developments. He also advises owners, borrowers and investors in workouts and restructuring of distressed real estate deals. Marc represents ownership groups in the acquisition and disposition of business assets, as well as the negotiation of entity documents such as limited partnership and limited liability company agreements. He also has extensive leasing experience representing both landlords and tenants in retail, office, telecommunication and commercial lease negotiations.
