Elizabeth Perchun, Esq., is an associate in Frier Levitt’s Healthcare Regulatory department, where she supports healthcare providers and organizations in navigating a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Frier Levitt, Elizabeth served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Patrick J. Bradshaw, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Middlesex County Superior Court. In that role, she reviewed and analyzed a high volume of motions, conducted legal research across a broad range of civil matters, including medical malpractice, insurance, and discrimination claims. She also assisted with oral arguments and court proceedings.
Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, where she served as a student attorney in the Education and Health Law Clinic. She represented families in matters involving access to educational services, participated in administrative proceedings, and worked closely with multidisciplinary records and evaluations. She received her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University.
