Christopher is an associate attorney in Frier Levitt’s Healthcare Group. His practice focuses on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, including the False Claims Act (FCA), Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, HIPAA, and employment-related retaliation claims. He brings to the firm significant experience litigating qui tam actions on behalf of whistleblowers in federal courts across the country.
Prior to joining Frier Levitt, Christopher spent over a decade at a national litigation boutique, where he represented whistleblowers in complex FCA cases involving allegations of fraudulent billing, kickback arrangements, and improper financial relationships in the healthcare sector. His work in that role included pre-suit investigations, coordination with government agencies, and litigating FCA claims through dispositive motion practice discovery.
This experience provides Christopher with valuable insight into the strategies, risks, and vulnerabilities that healthcare providers and institutions face when responding to government investigations or defending against whistleblower claims—insight he now draws on in his work at Frier Levitt.
In a prior career, Christopher studied philosophy at Harvard University, where he taught undergraduate courses on practical ethics and political theory.
He is fluent in Portuguese and has strong proficiency in Spanish.
