Jay J. Freireich

Jay J. Freireich brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Frier Levitt, serving as Of Counsel. With over three decades of legal experience, Jay’s practice focuses on tax law, estate planning, business law, and litigation related to these areas. His comprehensive approach ensures that clients are well-prepared for both the present and future, whether they are navigating complex tax issues, planning their estates, or involved in business transactions and disputes.

Before joining Frier Levitt, Jay was a Member of the Tax, Trusts and Estates, and Litigation Departments at Brach Eichler L.L.C. He is also the Managing Member Attorney of Freireich LLC. His extensive experience and deep understanding of tax law, as evidenced by his years of practice and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami, have led him to serve as an Expert Witness in tax, trusts, and estates in several trials.

When he’s not in the office, Jay enjoys a variety of sports including tennis, table tennis, golf, running, and basketball.
