Frier Levitt is proud to congratulate partners David Badie and Arielle Miliambro on being named to the NJBIZ 2026 Law Power List, recognizing the state’s most influential legal professionals.
David is a partner in the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group, handling corporate, regulatory, and litigation matters for hospitals and healthcare providers. Before joining Frier Levitt, he served as Associate General Counsel at University Hospital, a Level 1 Trauma Center. His proudest achievement is his career itself. As a first-generation American and first-generation lawyer, he views his success as a continuation of his parents’ sacrifice. He points to AI as the legal industry’s biggest disruptor, driving productivity while raising new regulatory questions, especially in healthcare.
Arielle is a partner in the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Departments, with a focus on regulatory and transactional law. She advises pharmacies, providers, and healthcare technology companies on telehealth, data privacy, and fraud, waste and abuse compliance. She’s proudest of the next generation of lawyers she has developed, attorneys who now confidently lead client matters and earn clients’ trust. She sees AI reshaping client expectations, pushing lawyers to focus on the judgment and strategy technology can’t replace.
