Kamron Sharif is an Associate in Frier Levitt’s Life Sciences Litigation Department, where he focuses his practice on complex litigation and regulatory matters affecting healthcare and life sciences clients. He represents providers, healthcare entities, and businesses in contractual disputes, regulatory investigations, and high-stakes litigation.
Prior to joining Frier Levitt, Kamron handled a broad range of commercial litigation and white-collar defense matters. His experience includes drafting dispositive motions, conducting and defending depositions, managing all phases of discovery, and achieving favorable outcomes in both court proceedings and complex arbitrations. He has also worked on high-profile federal investigations and litigation, including pre-indictment negotiations, trial preparation, and sentencing, and has advised clients on regulatory compliance issues in highly regulated industries.
Kamron earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he received a Health Law Concentration Certificate. He earned his B.A. in History from Fordham University. He is actively involved in the legal community, serving as Treasurer of the Iranian American Bar Association (New York) and as a committee member and Treasurer of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey.
