Recently, the Cannabis Regulatory Commission issued interim guidance as it continues to develop more permanent regulations to certify workplace impairment experts, known as WIREs, which are required by the NJ marijuana legalization law. Sean offers his insight as to how this interim legislation may affect both employers and employees in the state.
