Paul H. Juzdan, Esq., is an Associate in Frier Levitt’s Life Sciences Department. Paul advises clients on matters related to PBM audit results and terminations, in addition to government investigations.
Prior to joining the firm, Paul was a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey, handling issues involving government and healthcare fraud. Paul has extensive experience investigating and litigating False Claims Act cases on behalf of the State of New Jersey. Prior to joining the Attorney General’s Office, Paul clerked in the Superior Court of New Jersey for the Honorable Donna Gallucio, J.S.C.
During law school, Paul served as a member of the Seton Hall Moot Court Board and won first place in the Eugene Gressmen Moot Court Competition at Seton Hall Law. During law school, Paul also worked as a legal intern in the center for Social Justice Immigrants’ Rights Clinic. Paul holds an MBA from Montclair State University and a BS in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University.
