Latoya C. Dawkins, Esq., is an associate in Frier Levitt’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Group. Latoya is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law with a Health Law and Compliance Concentration.
Prior to joining Frier Levitt, Latoya worked as a senior patent paralegal at Bayer HealthCare for over five years where she assisted with patent prosecution and submissions to the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Christine Vanek, J.S.C. in Superior Court of New Jersey.
In the summer of 2016, Latoya completed the Healthcare Compliance Certification Program at Seton Hall where she gained extensive knowledge in HIPAA compliance, FDA approval, federal Sunshine Law, OIG compliance, government investigations, Federal Anti-Kickback Statute and federal and state False Claims Acts.
