Kendra E. Pannitti, Esq., is an associate in Frier Levitt’s Healthcare and Pharmacy Regulatory and Litigation Practice Groups. Kendra counsels healthcare providers and pharmacies on a myriad of issues, including responding to civil investigative demands and criminal subpoenas, appealing PBM audit results and terminations, and navigating the complexities of healthcare regulatory compliance. Prior to joining the firm, Kendra served as in-house counsel to a healthcare system located throughout northern New Jersey, where she negotiated several medical practice asset acquisitions, physician employment agreements, and vendor contracts for the system. She also gained criminal litigation experience at the federal level with a New Jersey-based criminal defense firm.
Kendra earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Florida State University College of Law, where she was a member of the Business Review and the Journal of Transnational Law & Policy. Kendra then received her Master of Laws in Criminal Law from King’s College London. Prior to law school, Kendra graduated cum laude from Kenyon College with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and played NCAA Division III soccer for Kenyon all four years.
