Brenna Sackman, Esq. is an Associate in Frier Levitt’s Litigation Department. Brenna represents clients in a diverse range of disputes including insurance and Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) network termination, Board of Pharmacy actions, Board of Medical Examiners actions, governmental investigations, and commercial disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Brenna served as a Supervisory Attorney Advisor for the Social Security Administration. While working at the Social Security Administration, she advised Administrative Law Judges concerning substantive and procedural issues related to Title II and XVI of the Social Security Act.
During her time in law school, Brenna served as a fellow for the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project in Washington, D.C. She also served as a student attorney in the General Practice Clinic at the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C.
Brenna earned her Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law. Prior to law school, Brenna graduate cum laude from University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Arts.
Brenna is admitted in the State of Maryland, the District of Columbia, the State of New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
