Sarah G. Kim

Sarah G. Kim, Esq., is an associate in Frier Levitt’s healthcare practice group. She counsels providers on transactional and regulatory matters, including sales and acquisitions of healthcare entities, employment relationships, telemedicine, HIPAA, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the Physician Self-Referral (Stark) Law.

Sarah received her Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law. During law school, she was an extern at the Health Care Bureau of the Office of the New York State Attorney General, where she focused on issues related to the opioid epidemic such as off-label marketing and the implications of the False Claims Act. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Marilyn D. Go of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York through the Sonia and Celina Sotomayor Judicial Internship Program.

Prior to joining Frier Levitt, Sarah represented clients in a variety of regulatory and transactional healthcare matters, including Medicare revocation actions and state medical board license and disciplinary actions.
