Patrick Riley is an associate in Frier Levitt’s Life Sciences Department where he assists in representing healthcare professionals in various aspects of litigation and arbitration, particularly pharmacies in contract and reimbursement disputes with pharmacy benefit managers.
Prior to joining Frier Levitt, Patrick worked at a boutique law firm where he gained valuable litigation experience representing clients in both state and federal courts on a variety of property insurance matters.
Patrick earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2022. During his time there, he served as a student attorney at the Health Justice Clinic, advocating for low-income veterans seeking to upgrade their military discharge status. He also expanded his experience through various internships, including with the Queens County District Attorney’s Office and Pharma Tech Law. Additionally, Patrick deepened his knowledge as a law clerk for a boutique civil litigation firm, focusing on conducting legal research and drafting memoranda on a wide variety of legal issues.
Beyond his legal pursuits, Patrick is an avid photographer, traveler, hiker, and sports enthusiast, always eager to stay active.
