Jonian Rafti

Jonian Rafti, Esq., CIPP/US, is an Associate in the Healthcare Department with a focus on regulatory and transactional law. He advises clients on regulatory matters related to fraud, waste and abuse compliance. Jonian is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). He earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from Bard College.

Prior to joining Frier Levitt, Jonian was an associate at a firm where he represented physicians, hospitals, and long-term care facilities in medical malpractice and general liability actions. As a law student, Jonian worked at the Charities Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General on matters involving not-for-profit corporation mergers and governance.

Jonian serves on the Board of Directors of the Andrew Goodman Foundation.
