Jessica A. Faustin

Jessica A. Faustin, Esq. is an Associate in Frier Levitt’s Life Sciences, Litigation Department. Jessica’s practice focuses on representing pharmacies and other healthcare providers in connection with healthcare and commercial disputes.

Prior to joining the firm Jessica represented public and commercial entities in various aspects of litigation in both federal and state court.

Jessica also served as Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey, gaining extensive litigation experience working on child abuse and neglect cases.

Jessica earned her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. While in law school Jessica participated in the Law Students in Court Clinic and the Immigration Law Journal. Jessica earned her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University where she majored in Political Science and minored in Philosophy and Africana Studies.
