Danielle N. DelGrosso

Danielle N. DelGrosso, Esq. is an Associate in Frier Levitt’s Government Defense and Regulatory practice groups, working out of the Firm’s New York City office. Danielle’s practice focuses on defending healthcare and life sciences professionals and companies against criminal investigations, prosecutions, and civil or administrative investigations.

Prior to joining Frier Levitt, Danielle served as in-house counsel to a large New York healthcare system, which owned and operated a safety net hospital, an extended care facility, and several community health centers. As counsel, Danielle negotiated vendor agreements and physician employment agreements, advised the corporation’s Board of Directors and 3,500 employees on a variety of legal matters, and created policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

Danielle earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law, where she was the Notes and Comments Editor of the St. John’s Law Review and President of the Health Care Law Society. She was awarded the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Lawyering, and the Dean’s Award for Excellence in E-Discovery. Prior to law school, Danielle graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
