Christopher Caltavuturo

Christopher Caltavuturo, Esq., is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation department. Christopher represents healthcare professionals in all aspects of litigation and counseling. His practice focuses on healthcare litigation, partnership disputes, PBM litigation, commercial litigation, and employment disputes.

Prior to joining Frier Levitt, Christopher served as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Trial Division for the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office where he gained litigation experience while prosecuting a broad array of criminal offenses. He served as law clerk to the Honorable Paul M. DePascale, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage.

Christopher earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School. While in law school, he worked to represent indigent clients as a clinical law student in the Rutgers Civil Justice Clinic. Christopher earned his undergraduate degree from Montclair State University where he majored in Justice Studies with a concentration in Paralegal studies.
