The tiki torch oil is packaged in a clear plastic container similar to beverage containers and the Warning Label may be insufficient. Drinking this fluid has caused at least one known death and has caused permanent lung damage to others.

Children are at great risk as the color of the liquid and bottle are identical to apple juice.  The oil is a kerosene-like substance used to light patio torches.

In October 2001, a Frier & Levitt client was tragically killed by a defective truck manufactured by a Japanese company. We aggressively commenced suit days after the accident, arguing to the Assignment Judge that we needed to take immediate possession of the defective truck.
