At Frier & Levitt, we are selective about
the matters we handle, and we will not advise our clients to "settle"
unless the defendants offer an amount of money that meets our criteria
for a great result. In other words, we don’t sell our clients
short to make a quick buck.
While the firm counsels clients to take actions that
forestall litigation, we do not hesitate to aggressively litigate
when necessary, on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, at
the trial and appellate levels of state and federal courts, as
well as in arbitration and mediation venues.
